Wonderful hotel! Nice beds, clean, comfy, and a great location. They offered breakfast but we left too early to enjoy it. They also had S'Mores by the firepit which was really fun. Great stay!

You can’t get any closer to the west entrance of Yellowstone Park when you stay here. The facility and our room was very clean, comfortable, and roomy. We found the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Tania who very professionally handled a VERY difficult temporary situation involving a computer system glitch. We found the breakfast offerings to be good with plenty of options with tasty coffee. The hot prepared breakfast offerings of eggs, pigs in a blanket, and sausage were just okay however. All of the West Yellowstone downtown area is an easy walk away.

Property was very nice. Pool and hot tub were great after a long day of being in Yellowstone. One of the rooms we booked had some minor cleanliness issues but was fixed promptly. Quiet and comfortable. Beds were wonderful. Location was great! A lot of dining options and so close to the entrance to Yellowstone. Breakfast was not very appealing - for the price of a stay, I was expecting some more appetizing items. Despite the minor issues, we would absolutely stay here again on our way through the area.

Great place, but breakfast was always out

We really loved this hotel and the location. However, both days they could not keep up with the breakfast and we didn't have the breakfast either day. At checkin, their internet was down, and the process was backed up. I would hope that this only happened during our stay and that it isn't the norm. Other than that we loved the room, the view, and they offered s'mores kits to have at their firepit each night.

The location is very close to Yellowstone national park and this small town is beautiful and convenient. Gray wolf is 1 min drive from west entrance of Yellowstone. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staffs are professional. I highly recommend people who visit Yellowstone to stay here.
