When went our room the smell was extremely disgusting like animal urine and musky. Front desk was very helpful, they switch rooms 3 times each room had bad odor. We did not stay we checked out. Management said they would reach out to hotel.com for a refund for us. I hope you will give us our money ...

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and everything functioned fine. Clerk at desk, i believe her name was Maria, was very nice and accommodating. Her suggestion for local area dining was spot on and she did let us check in a few minutes early. I would stay there ...
