This property was by far a favorite. Great amenities, amazing views, easy beach access and the perfect layout for a large group of adults. There were helpful and very clear instructions throughout the house on use, expectations and cleanup. We would definitely stay here again and again!

What a cute hotel and absolutely loved this location! The service here was top notch! Fresh baked cookies upon arrival. We had a suite w 1 bedroom with balcony and fireplace. Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Pool area was clean with nice amenities. The hot breakfast was appreciated, although the powered eggs do taste fake. Overall, I love the property, staff & rooms and have stayed several times.

The Ashley Inn & Suites
We were very happy with our stay at Ashley Inn, the room was large and well appointed with every comfort you'd need. The breakfast was a convenient perk, there was safe, ample parking and staffed entrance. We will definitely choose Ashley Inn for our next visit to the coast.
