Fontainebleau Miami Beach
The elevator in this hotel doesn’t work. You have to wait 30 minutes to get into working elevator. At one point in my stay to avoid waiting I had to go up by stairs to the 22 nd floor. The key doesn’t work. The cleaning is terrible and no towels by the pool.

Very disappointing experience at B Ocean Resort. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days (Room 383), and unfortunately, the longer we stayed, the more issues we discovered.
