今回は超大型台風は直撃し、ラウンジが使えず、緊急に1階でのサービス対応となりましたが、食事や飲み物については最大限努力していただいて感謝しております。 ただ2日延泊となりホテルから出られず、缶詰状態となってしまいました。ルームクリーニングは一生懸命やっていただいたと思います。 ただ、残念でしたのは全くバルコニーが使えず、部屋の中にソファーが運び込まれたため、非常に狭い状態でした。 多くの点で通常の場合、よりもサービスは落ちてるので、スタッフからのお詫びの声かけがな かったのも残念でした。 またスポーツジム設備が日航ホテルと共用のため外にあり全く使えず残念でした。 ...

Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa by IHG
This is a beautiful hotel but at times it feels a bit crowded. Our room looked out across the pool towards six other rooms. Close to the airport (FJ$30 taxi ride).
