Staff are accommodating but our room has lady bugs in the window and we called for housekeeping at night but the front desk said housekeeping is no longer available at night and she has no vacuum. Otherwise our stay was good.

Belterra Casino Resort
Parking was a little bit out of the way. But I guess we enjoyed the walk. It was a little bit more so when it was raining because we were loading up our car. Disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave in the room because we ate at the restaurant and would’ve liked to warm up our food.

We only had coffee. Outdated room . Staff was very friendly. Across from belterra casino. Room was clean but bedding was very old.

Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport / Florence
We rented two double bedrooms and each room had a sofa bed. We requested adjoining rooms and were pleasantly surprised when that's what we got. The shuttle to/from the airport was easy to use, prompt, and we had interesting conversations with the friendly driver. The hot breakfast was good and plentiful. ...

Hollywood Casino & Hotel
We never received an additional deposit they required at time of check in even though our room was paid in full and card on file. It was an additional 68$. Then we were charged $12 for the two small bottled waters in our room. We won’t be back.
