The property was clean, but tired. The carpet was stained and a bit "crunchy"- like the carpet had been cleaned one too many times. Air conditioning/heating was great. Staff was great. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Seemed pretty overpriced to me, but service was good.

Quality Inn Riverside near UCR and Downtown
After I checked in, I visited the pool which was uncleaned and full of debris. Upon returning to my room, there was a maintenance worker inside that startled me. The manager called and apologized.
