The Inn at Truckee
Forgot a hairdryer & went downstairs and the desk clerk handed me one. No problem. Close proximity to restaurants. I don’t think it was working but I did miss the espresso/latte from the coffee machine. The continental breakfast was handy too.

I had no idea when booking this place that there wouldn't be any heat in the (closet-sized) bedroom. There wasn't even a source of heat in the bedroom.
