Overall, the building is quite old. It’s clean but shows signs of use over time. Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true ...

Pool was always overcrowded and never had towels to dry off, had to bring ours from the room. Restaurant and bar staff was super nice but everyone else seemed to act bothered if we had questions or from how I seen them interact with other people.
