I was told I would be credited back what was a "deposit" but still haven't been and they tell me that I have to speak with my bank bc it's not ...

1. Pool closed. I upgraded my room to pool view/Mountain tower but pool was closed. No notice given at all. 2. No microwave, no fridge, $50/night "resort fee" & coffee in room is $17
