The room was a nice size, clean, had proper bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were always guys by the front near ready and willing to answer questions and help you out.

Nice stay. water in the shower would all of the sudden get extremely hot and then back to the original temperature again, many time throughout a normal shower. Called to ask where the microwave was located and they advised that they do not offer this service which we found very strange as one might ...

It’s pretty basic. It was fine clean. Staff was ok. I contacted them in advance to check about early checking, as my flight was arriving early, and I had some work meetings. They said it would be charged, which I agreed upon. But when I showed it up at the hotel, they said no.
