It is a great hotel. Staf was very frienly and service minded. Bad thing is location, far from everything, needed Tuk Tuk of taxi. Our shower did not have very warm water.

This is a hidden gem in Bangkok and I’m glad not a lot of people know about this place. The place is tucked away from the city but still accessible to shops, dining, malls and transportation. The staffs is what truly make this place shine. From the house keeper to the cafe attendant to the front desk super friendly helpful and professional. I love this place and would definitely comeback again whenever I find myself in Bangkok again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I lost my room key (cheap RF programmable card), and they charged me 300 bht ($10) for a new one. That really pissed me off. What should have been a mild inconvenience in any other hotel was a profit center for this one. It should have been free, or if they HAD to charge, it should have been much cheaper. I won't stay at a hotel that is looking to penalize me for basic mistakes. The rooms were nice, and the staff was lovely, but you can find that anywhere in BKK. I would avoid a hotel that treats their guests that way. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Lovely stay
