Aircon is off and we are sweating every night. Staff cannot do anything about it as it is winter they said. Housekeeping not cleaning the glasses/ mugs and forgets to refill soap and number of towels are not enough for four. It was stated that they have slippers and bathrobe provisions but we did not get one even if we booked a junior suite. 1 day housekeeping left the door unlocked and slightly open that anyone can just go in. All in all not impressed.

Spacious room nice and tidy. It was so hard to get atleast two small water bottles for four people staying for 6 days. No water filters to refill either. Breakfast staff never had smile except one of the wonderful lady.
