Hotel is great and facilities are excellent. The staff are brilliant. It’s very clean and comfortable. Great food. Airport shuttle is free and reliable. The area is industrial though but metro is a 12min walk away. It could have much better soundproofing as you can hear noise from people in floors above and below unfortunately. Overall a good stay for one night to get early flight but wouldn’t stay there for any other reason.

I won’t go back.

The service in general it’s not good. The lady receptionist at check in was rude. The gentleman receptionist in the morning (5am) was really nice. The room is extremely small. I just wanted to leave the hotel.

The hotel staff was so very kind and friendly! We got to the hotel very early and they got a room ready as quickly as possible! It was a comfortable bed and a very convenient location!!

Location near the airport. Clean and comfortable room but the hot water was barely tepid. The shuttle service is unavailable the afternoon before 6 pm. The hotel has a very good restaurant with a friendly staff.

Shocking Location!!

… but we knew that when we booked it. This hotel is perfect as a stop off for a flight. After a two week holiday we were gasping for some comfort and this hotel did it all - clean, super comfy, fabulous breakfast and even a cheeky swimming pool

It was a very nice hotel,the service was good but it was isolating,especially if you wanted to go out,you had to find transport, but it was convenient and the shuttle was on time
