The hotel was in a convenient location . Close to restaurants, shops, and famous attractions but the front desk and the staff during the morning breakfast were exceptionally rude. Would not stay again due to staff unfriendliness.

I have to say it was the first time at the hotel and the pictures that we saw made the hotel look like it was a 4 star, but it definitely wasn't 4 star TV in the closet, bathroom dirty cocka roach in the hallway. I don't think Louie will be back

Overall it was a comfortable stay. The decor of the hotel was “Arty” - really live up to it’s name “Bel Art”. Warm welcome hospitality with the provision of ice lemon water in the lobby- perfect for quenching thirst during hot summer days. Breakfast buffet is value for money and hotel service staffs are friendly & helpful. The location is close and walkable to all the tourist spots.

The refrigerator was not working, be prepare to pay extra fees during check In. A nice walk to sagrada familia but far from any other touristy place. Nice quiet neighborhood.
