Front desk staff seem to be linked to Barcelona’s anti tourism group. Just generally unfriendly. We were 3 Adult family & were given only one key. We asked more but refused! Really unbelievable. Luggage guys cut from the same cloth. Efficient & friendly guy in rooftop bar.

Almost a home-run

Excellent hotel. We had a suite room and it was great. Only two negatives: although the view from our room was wonderful, the windows were so dirty on the outside that it was hard to see the view. Also, they need more wait staff in the roof-top bar, especially on Saturday or when it has recently rained (to dry off tables).

Hotel is hectic, lots of people busting and bustling at all times. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, but coffee makers were often not working and hot food was under cooked or raw - staff just could not keep up with the volume of demand. Location is in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and shopping. Front desk gave us a suggestion for an authentic Spanish dinner and it was EXCELLENT. It’s close to the Sagrada and a short cab to the beach, but not very central for other attractions.
