The apartment has 54 m2 of built-up area distributed in 1 double bedroom, living-dining room, American kitchen, large terrace and 1 full bathroom.

Poniente beach is a fine sandy beach that stretches for 3,100 metres while the sand area is more than 100 metres wide on average. It extends from the Port to the city limits, known as Cala de Benidorm.

This beach generally receives far fewer visitors than Levante beach. The type of public is more of national origin.

The Poniente Beach promenade has recently been restored and has received the award for Best New Global Design by the Chicago Museum of Architecture and Design. This new architecture is based on the waves of the sea and presents a very lively colour that gives it harmony and a touch of modernity.

From this new promenade, the stage of the 2011 Vuelta a España cycling race that took place in Benidorm began. On it we can find families, elderly people, skaters... it is highly recommended to spend the afternoon and walk a little.

Unlike Levante, the promenade does not reach the end of the beach. At the end of this promenade, there is a part of the beach that is much less visited than the previous one. That is why this area is the preferred one for the people of Benidorm, as it is more secluded.

However, Poniente Beach has a bus line that runs through it periodically, to facilitate access to it.

On Poniente Beach there are two important enclaves: the port of Benidorm and the famous Parque de Elche.

Our check-in time is from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Sunday, if you arrive outside of this time, please note that the following surcharge will be charged for late check-in

-8:00pm to 10:00pm surcharge of 30€
-10:01pm to 12:00am surcharge of 50€
-12:01am to 9:00am (the following day) surcharge of 100€

This amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be charged from the deposit.
