I came with Sports Tour International for marathon. I complained about the slow tub drain daily. It was never fixed. Day 2 my room wasn't cleaned. Ihad to book an extra night because of booking error. And I didnt want to but was tired from marathon and my friends were still there. The only thing i got was free breakfast on the Monday of checkout.

the room was nice however on the property is mentioned they have AC but it doesn’t work during late may and june. I changed my room few times during my short stay due to AC issue to realize the room temperature is just set and having AC is pointless since they set it for you regardless of what temperature you like

Your rooms are beautiful but there were some issues that I didn’t have time to report. 1. The hair dryer was not working. 2. The water in the bath would not drain fast enough when showering. 3. There was no conditioner in the shower.
