Once was, a grand hotel. Restaurants they list on website close early and though they claim having 4 restaurants I never saw more than one open. Furniture in room was worn. AC in room didn't work. Very few outlets in room. Cousins to be smoke free property, everytime I walked up to main entrance had to walk through smokers.

We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the room, the cleanliness and above all the great buffet for breakfast. The only remark I can make is that there is a little walk (7 minutes) to catch up public transportation. Neighborhood is quiet, the hotel isn't located in a touristic area of Berlin.
