Pool water COLD!!!!!!!

Hotel was clean, service was great but my major complaint is that we booked the hotel for the night with the kids for the pool and when we got there the water was FREEZING. it was so not pleasurable. we did ask if there was a heater and someone came in to turn the heater on but the water was so cold and at that point it was going to take forever to warm up. really bummed us out as the whole main purpose was to go and swim and it felt like the water was 60 degress.
