The hotel was nice except for the realllllllly soft, noisy floors. We could hear the people above use walking around as if they were stomping around- which I dont think they were, because everytime I stepped around my room I could hear how noisy it was too. This got really annoying in the middle of the night. Everything else about this hotel was great.

The beds were nice. Pillows were awful, there waw hair like a huge long hair in the shower so it seemed as if the shower was not cleaned and the room smelled like vomit

The room was really nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I love the fact that the hotel was very close to the subway (MBTA). It made it very easy to go in to Boston. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed there one week for our 25th wedding anniversary.
