Everything is good except breakfast

overall the location is great. Room is wonderful, comfortable and clean. however, breakfast is not good. looks not fresh and everyday is the same. not much selection.

Overall great location. Nice, clean hotel. No issues recommending. Only reason for the 1* check in was, having cycled there on a charity ride from Brugge, in blistering heat, asked for a tap water, which was next to reception & man serving me told my son & I that we could get water from our room! Girls on check out were superb. So just that one miserable encounter

Solid hotel choice in an excellent location in Brussels. Novotel is traditionally a good mid range hotel, often catering to business travelers. This hotel did not disappoint. The reception is excellent, the hotel room was clean and well appointed, the bed comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the sound proofing of the rooms given the proximity to outdoor bars and traffic. Price was reasonable and overall a very good value. Would use again

Very walkable location - a stone’s throw away from Brussels Central train station. The room seemed brand new - loved the separate tub and shower, as well as separate toilet. This was my 2nd stay in a Novotel hotel - both have been great.

The Novotel was in a terrific location, walkable to shops, dining and more. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They assisted with arrangements for a taxi, storage of a large luggage item as well as label printing. The rooms were quiet and clean. This hotel was a great find!

Exceptionally positioned in a square that gives you a front row seat and access to tons of shopping, dining and people watching options. Great location for my first visit to Brussels. It was even a 10min walk to the tour bus stops for those taking tours to Bruges and Ghent
