There is a difference between and a foodie and a food snob!!! Will this place get a Michelin star for food, no! But it is very good! People on these reviews need to chillax, don't they know they are on vacay!!!

The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. There was not a spot of dust in site, even the floors were always sparkling. Everything was wonderful with exception to the room needing a bit of TLC (but who's in their room!). I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a lively place to stay in Cancun

It was our first time staying at a Riu hotel. Overall it was a good experience. The staffs were wonderful, facility was very nice. Room are standard, bathroom need update but clean. The pools were nice and clean.

It was good if you’re looking something similar to Florida. The workers were nice until the bracelets were off. The resort was very cheap. So if you are picky with food or your stomach has hard times. This might not be the place for you. Also very loud!
