Viihdy tämän kauniin ranta 2 mh, 2 kylpyhuonetta huoneisto. Yksikkö (pohjakerros) sijaitsee yksi suurempi kanavat Cape Coral & on kaikki mukavuudet nauttia ihana loma. Yksikkö on seulottu-in lanai pois olohuone, jossa voi istua ja katsella veneitä mennä tai vain nauttia kauniista tuulet puhaltaa kämmenissä. Aivan on suuri kannelle Tiki kota rentoutumiseen ja aurinkoa. Voit kala pois tämän kannen tai yksi neljästä vene laitureita omaan käyttöön. Lämmitetty uima-allas sijaitsee aivan yläpuolella kansi, joka on jaettu vain 7 muihin yksiköihin.

Super-nice condo in quiet neighborhood

Spent three weeks in Florida - of which the 10 nights in this condo by far was the most relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable period.Sitting right at one of the canals, the condo offers a great view of boating traffic etc. The condo has all the amenities one could ask for (and more), so we were extremely happy throughout our stay.The big pool next to the condo was a huge plus, where the whole family spent many hours.We would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! 5 Stars!! The home is very clean and comfortable, with big rooms and a great living room to lounge around in. The host provided plenty of items that make visits to the beach more enjoyable, like chairs and boogie boards - and the local beaches were amazing! The supermarkets are close by and the kitchen space was great for making breakfast every morning. The area is quiet - we highly recommend some time sitting on the back porch for the view late in the day; very relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay

Easy to reach the owner and to have access to the condo. People staying at the condo were very pleasant and fun. Condo is very spacious and clean. It was great to have access to pool things and chairs to bring to the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

Fine location, but the condo was Old, Worn and Dirty

We arrived and found a unit that was not ready for guests. We immediately contacted the manager and VRBO support. Black mold on the on the inside of windows and window frames. The bathroom light, kitchen light and garbage disposal all didn't work and the kitchen faucet just trickled. Dirt on the window sills and black dirt on the ceiling fans. The screened in porch and outdoor furniture were absolutely filthy. Old towels and matted, dirty bathroom rugs. We had friends who were going to stay with us, but they went to a hotel instead. On a positive note, the on-site contact, Mike, was very helpful and courteous. We left the unit on Sunday so he could do repairs and then we left again on Tuesday so he could bring in a cleaning crew. We appreciated his efforts. It was definitely better, however it still needs to be refreshed, deep cleaned and updated. We left a few days early and stayed with some friends at another VRBO property. It was a disappointing experience and not worth the rental price we paid. We were offered nothing for these issues or our inconvenience.

Travel Nurse-Extended Stay

The Waterfront Condo was peaceful and enjoyable. We were able to relax with plenty of privacy. The sun deck was fantastic and we had several visitors including dolphins and gators. My husband and I also enjoyed fishing and taking a nice dip in the pool on occasion. Jeff and his dad were excellent. Our only issue was ants which are pretty common in Florida so no biggie. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent Condo

This is a very nice condo in a excellent location. We were able to fish off of docks. Close to everything. Only thing that I would recommend to the owner, the beach chairs should be updated. It was everything advertised and more. We would recommend and would stay again

Perfect Get Away Spot

Just returned home from 3 fabulous weeks at this beautiful condo, peaceful, gorgeous setting with a huge deck to sit by the canal and relax, watching the boats go by. Condo was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need plus! Very clean, the king bed was so comfortable, the shower was great and the owner was very quick to address any concerns, which were minor. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who may be looking for the perfect spot! We loved it so much that we already booked it for next January for a month!
