Bar closed early after Friday and Saturday night. Beach access to the public. Pay 35 for chairs umbrella and table only to have a non paying hotel guest bring their chairs and umbrella and set up camp right in front of the resort paying customers. Place died down mostly once the beach chairs are collected at 5pm. However during the day the resort plays music and the place next door for the public beach area plays loud music as well. Was a bit overstimulating. Food options were all sandwiches or tacos and mediocre. Had to walk or drive to find other food options and most places were serving from food trucks. Still a great deal of damage noticeable from Ian.

I understand they are rebuilding after a hurricane… But construction started at 6:30 AM! In my opinion that is still unacceptable for people on vacation! I don’t travel and expect that I’m going to be woken up by beeping from commercial vehicles at 6:30 AM as well as items being thrown forcefully in dumpsters that make you jump out of your bed before 7am!!!!!!! I have multiple videos to prove it.

We have been coming to FMB for nearly 40 years...we always rent a house for a month in the Fall.....My Son and I stayed at the Lani Kai last month for some Spring Training games and loved it. I brought my wife down for 4 nights this week and everything was perfect. I highly recommend it as everything from check in to check out was top notch....we will stay there again!
