This is a nice property overall. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. I did have some A/C issues, but they moved me to a different room, so the issue was resolved. The hotel is walkable to restaurants and train station

I love the customer service the employees down to the parking attendant was great. The beauty of it all is the lobby area and how clean and quiet. I don’t like the fact the heat is turned off during certain seasons. I feel if I’m going to a hotel I should have a choice to be cozy whenever I like. They asked if I wanted a space heater. Declined because I don’t trust those

Dated and not fully clean (found a long hair when in checked in. Bathroom faucet wasn’t great. Water pressure was weak throughout my stay. The real down side is my room faces the LIRR tracks which was noisy and annoying at various hours. Can’t justify staying there again other than purely for location.

Disappointed

Hotel facilities need to be updated. Everything looks old, smell musty. Breakfast is terrible. One only good thing is do it yourself waffle. Breakfast ran out really fast and no refill. Hotel is overpriced. Overall we will not coming back.
