I had my credit card stolen a couple of days ago, and this morning before checking out, I gave my personal checking account, told them not to use it until I got everything figured out, apparently they ran that debit card before I even checked out, which messed up all my prepay accounts. Put me into overdraft, and extra overdraft fees. I always brag about this hotel, didn't even complain about chewing gum in the garbage can I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone I even got charged more than my original price

Ruby on the cleaning staff really has half effort and an attitude- the place feels dirty every time she cleaned marks on mirror skipping mopping, sand on ground etc... we stayed for over a week and anytime she cleaned it was still grimy. Other cleaners were a lot more detailed. That said, the place needs management to do better training- it's like everyone is half awake and a bit out to lunch. For how much the developer has invested into the renovation - I'd say they need a management overhaul.

We think this is a fantastic hotel to stay in if you want to be walkable to beach or take walks along gorgeous canal. They also offer a fabulous breakfast and a yummy Poke dinner plus other options. Kale.and the other wait staff were wonderful! The pool is relaxing and pretty - much better than a similar option in Honolulu (Surf Jack- same genre & quality hotel, but pool is in lobby, not private like Wayfinder’s). Good coffee shop and super walkable to all the best restaurants and shopping is about a seven minute walk to the beach.

The property was very nice. We received an accessibility room on the fourth floor. We don't require an accessible room, however, I quite enjoyed the extra bars in the shower to hold on to in case of slippage. I did notice the shower had a moisturizer instead of a conditioner bottle which seemed strange to have in the shower. Otherwise, I was just missing a kettle and the room would have been perfect. The earplugs came in handy to sleep as the glass was single pane. All the staff were very kind and made our stay the best! Shoutout to Duane in the restaurant for some tips for things to do during our next trip to Hawaii.
