Fantastic location right on the beach, with access to a beach walkway peppered with restaurants, and close to both old town and the club area. Nice pool, top-notch breakfast.

The room said no smoking, but smelled horribly like cigarette smoke. The AC in the hotel rooms was not working even though it was working very well in the lobby. You would think if they were able to get the AC on in the lobby they would be able to get the AC on in the hotel rooms. Other than that the rooms were clean and the view was beautiful from the room. The food was good and the pool was beautiful as well.

The problem is the shower. The first night I took a shower and ending up flooding the entire room. I pulled the shower curtain closed I closed the door and water went everywhere. Maintenance came and everything was cleaned up . So to take a shower without flooding the room you have to stand in a far corner with the shower head facing you close the curtain the bathroom door and we built a dam with towels . Thats the only way not to flood the room

Hotel facilities very good. Pool and outdoor bar excellent. Staff welcoming. Rooms clean and good quality. Hotel in good location to access the old town and surrounds.

Location to old Ibiza town is great, pool “when open” is nice, breakfast was great. This hotel is so old and outdated. You can tell the management company is trying to save a buck on everything, from toilet paper that feels like it’s from a prison to not having simple things like conditioner or lotion available in room, nice outside area that is dark and unused past 8pm “they rope it off” the hotel management has failed on all other aspects, they are a disgrace to other 4* hotels
