It is hard for me to rate the room and property. Some areas were above average like the lobby and bar area. Our first room was not renovated. It was very run down and was not clean. I asked to be moved and the woman at the desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. The second room was nicely updated and much cleaner.

For the price point I definitely was expecting something a little nicer than what I stayed in. The hotel itself when you first walk in is beautiful and elegant. The room I stayed in however was more like the motel 6. It was stuffy and dusty and not at all what I was expecting. The food was okay, average hotel food. Again everything was just okay, definitely not what I was expecting for how much I paid. I can get the same experience at a motel. The staff was all super friendly though! Especially the lady working at the Starbucks counter she was very kind to me.

Comfortable Stay, at a reasonable price

The staff was great, the food was delicious. The bed was Comfortable. The suite was very nice. We enjoyed soaking in the dee tub. The building is getting old and needs to be remodeled.

The property is very well situated close to the airport. It has lots of open space and sunshine. The lobby is very attractive and I wanted to visit the lobby which serene. The room is for a family member. I visited it and was impressed with the cleanliness, the sunshine light, and the layout of the interior. I’d stay there. My relative was so impressed that they thanked me for making the reservation there.

My room fridge door didn’t stay close, which left me uneasy about eating my leftovers. Well I reported my concerns to the front desk, and my guest and I were given a meal voucher. This really helped, didn’t have to spend more money.

Pretty good hotel just not worth $150 per night

I was put in the second tower of the hotel and it felt like it was the old part of the hotel that was built maybe 30 years ago and everything was aging an old
