Couldn’t fault this hotel, it was clean, the food was good, the staff were friendly and so helpful. Only downside was that there’s a lot of stairs so if you have knee problems it might be an issue depending on your room

We enjoyed Chanalai Gardens. The staff are simply amazing! Very attentive and kind. Banks, the pool bar bartender was great...polite and fun. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. They changed dishes up daily. Great walk to other restaurants and shopping. Super convenient place to stay.

We thought the property was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The room was spotless. it was an oasis in a sea of mayhem! Our fault for not researching the area enough! Thankfully we could go back to the hotel and get away from all the chaos that is Phuket.

Near the Beach

This Hotel is just a few minutes walk to the Beach and a Seven Eleven store is just across the road. The rooms are nice and we had a great view of the Beach too. The Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options. The hotel has two pools, both of which are very nice. If you have mobility problems, this hotel might not be for you as there are many steps to climb. The staff are as usual very kind and friendy.

It’s true what they say about the amount of steps. Im young and very fit and it was a hassle getting to my ocean view room every day. Specially with all my gym equipment. The facilities and rooms were clean but i was not impressed overall.
