Ich war eine Nacht in Ma‘In. Es war wirklich wundervoll! Personal ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Das Essen im Restaurant ist wirklich top! Zimmer sehr sauber! Wundervolle Aussicht! Sehr schön eingerichtet!

Schöner Empfangsbereich / Zimmer / netter Empfang / gutes Frūhstūcksbuffet. Poolbereiche leider in die Jahre gekommen; sollte alles renoviert werden.

Un bel hôtel situé dans une oasis au fond d'un profond canyon.
Piscines thermales chaudes et agréables.
Petit-déjeuner et dîner excellents: entre autres délicatesses des pains goûteux.
Grande chambre confortable avec balcon, vue sur la vallée.
Un petit bémol: les différents locaux sont trop peu éclairés, ce qui crée une ambiance que nous n'avons pas beaucoup appréciée

We booked to spend a day at the Spa. When we arrived, got told that the Spa had been closed a few days before due to issues with plumbing. When we asked why they did not email to tell guests, they said sorry! Asked the. To organise at least a massage and the newer was sorry! The pool was supposed to be open from 9 till 5, when we arrived at 10 it was still closed and they said ,at be it will open in the afternoon. The hot pool temperature regulator had gone wrong and it was impossible to enter the boiling water. The answer again was sorry! Room was dusty, and service generally haphazard. Milk in the bottle lab;led Soya was cow’s milk! When we pointed out the danger to a lactose intolerant person like my daughter, the answer was sorry, we ran out of soya milk! We left early. Waste of our time and money. Most disappointing.
