It’s great hotel to stay when you visit Lisbon. The location is in the city center, a lot of restaurants nearby. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. I’d like to give my special thanks to Leonardo, he is very kind and patient to help me. Answered all my questions clearly and patiently. I definitely will be back to the hotel next time when I travel to Lisbon.

We stayed in Lisbon recently (February 2025) for 9 days. This lovely hotel, recommended by Rick Steves, was perfectly located for day trips and next to a small park-like square. The hotel staff were helpful and kind -- one even walked us to a nearby restaurant. We like our room and the fine breakfast provided as part of the package. One of the nicest places I've stayed abroad. Highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing. Everyone at the Lisboa Carmo Hotel were very nice, pleasant, helpful, and friendly. There was no request with which they did not gladly assist. The location of the hotel was perfect. Everything was within a 15-min walk. We couldn't be happier with them. We would definitely stay the the Lisboa Carmo Hotel next time we are in Lisbon.
