The rooms were ok, it’s hard to find a decent sized room in London with 2 beds, but the size was adequate. There is no temperature control, so the room became very stuffy and hot, had to leave the windows open all the time, which wasn’t the best idea because we were on the first floor. We could hear every single noise from the ground level, hallway, outside. At least the water pressure from shower was decent.didn’t understand why the toilet was in one room and the sink was in another.

The staff were pleasant and the property is very conveniently located. The room was clean, but beginning to look dated - and the same could be said of the hotel more generally. The walls are paper thin, so light sleepers might struggle.

Everything was amazing! Check in was easy, location was great, front desk staff was awesome (shout out to Ken who helped fix my mom's phone upon arrival). Rooms maybe weren't the most updated, but spotless and comfortable. We were there in November, so not a problem for us, but I don't believe there was any air conditioning. Fyi

I stayed as a solo female traveler in a twin room. It was perfect for the four nights I was there. I could easily and safely walk to West End Theatres, parks, Covent Garden, and use the tubes. The area has shops and people are out in the evening so I always felt safe walking home from shows on my own. I would definitely recommend if it’s near where you want to be in London.

Perfect for what I needed. Centrally located, clean and safe. The front desk staff was attentive and very courteous. They called cabs for me when needed and even kept checking outside for me, in very cold weather, when the cab took longer than expected to arrive. My only quibble is that the water temperature was nearly impossible to regulate in the shower. I spent more time adjusting the knobs than actually showering!

The hotel is convenient for London city visiting. The reception and restaurant are modern and stylish. The breakfast is plentiful. The bedrooms are worn and need updating, but we were comfortable.
