Staff are never the most welcoming at this hotel. The rooms are tired and need a refurbishment to bring them up to the same standard as the ground floor. The shower in my room could not be adjusted for an adult, I thought it had been set for child at first but was just faulty. The bathroom door looked like a mouse had eaten through it.

Staff were great, room cleaning and preparation was also faultless. Rooms are however very tired and dated and would benefit from a programme of updating particularly fixtures and fittings. Was very odd that our room #0980 only had one chair in it! We were disappointed that you charged us to leave our luggage with you for a period of about 4/5 hrs.
