Hotel lobby was excellent and the rooms were small, but clean. No hotel phones; they ask you to WhatsApp any communication to their Front Desk. Good proximity to London Heathrow. Biggest disappointment was, neither of our rooms had hot water. We checked-in, went to dinner and then tried to take showers before bed. No hot water. Staff checked both rooms and stated the hot water did not work unfortunately. This is a standard amenity for hotels. Said their maintenance had gone home for the night. Their solution was that I could wake-up my wife and children, who had gone to bed, and move our entire family just before midnight. I asked if I could simply take a shower in a working guest room and then return to my room to sleep, but they were unwilling. To add insult to injury, they offered us 1 free breakfast…when nobody in my family was able to take showers that night or the following morning. At check-out, the Front Desk said that their maintenance had fixed the problem just that morning, but we ran the water for 30 minutes prior to leaving and still no hot water. Sad, as all we wanted for the night was a clean bed and showers before our long flight home. Disappointing stay overall.

Convenient location, everything in a nutshell. I chose to uber to the airport since it’s so close, I didn’t know hotel shuttle service is shared with other nearby hotels and I didn’t not leave additional time for that.

This is the best low budget hotel close to Heathrow airport. Great breakfast and dinner if you are still there. Perfect for overnight to catch that early flight.

I was not aware that I would have to inform the hotel about late arrival which resulted in my booking being cancelled without me being informed. This was quickly rectified but it was an inconvenience. It was also quite difficult to get my luggage to my room. Overall, everything else was great, apart from no bedside plug. Didn't use the shuttle, but it was easy to find information about it.
