I did not eat the breakfast. I went alone and stayed alone for two weeks. The precious gems are the staff who were friendly and very extremely helpful. second gem is the location. I was able to go back and forth from the hotel to airport and took trains buses, trams and tubes very easily. The staff saw that the hotel computer was down therefore they helped me with their own cell phones and guided me for the transportation. Also ,the bus stations were located at a five minutes walk,10 minutes walk and I admired the planning and organization of British government. There are grocery stores near by,South hall,little India is just 15 minutes away by bus. My over all experience was great. the hotel provides shuttle service for a very small,reasonable rate but the management also sent me a welcome e-mail before my travel and explained the options,with bus numbers,price rates,fares,bus stops so that I did not have to worry about transportation,check in and check out was sweet.
