Great property but should be listed as a spa only property. Rules and space constraints in the pool area was really not family friendly, and as the only hotel around with a pool, that matters. I would have booked a far less expensive hotel if I’d known my kids would have barely any pool access/fun allowed.

Great hotel in a top London location. Staff are immaculately dressed (I loved this touch) and super professional. Lovely greeting when we checked and were well looked after throughout. If you stay, you must check out the pool. Luxurious and relaxing in one of the busiest and beautiful cities the world has to offer. Hotel is 2 minutes from the amazing Tower of London and the nearest tube… it’s nestled just inside London Wall . You’re central and can get to anywhere in no time. Great hotel, well recommended!

Great location; good amenities with the pool. Stayed one year prior and the property has degraded in care, service and cleanliness from that time. Needed the general area for a work trip and the convenience of the location to tower hill tube, tower bridge and Tower of London with pool at the price per night of this hotel can’t be beat. If it was more costly or another hotel was similarly priced with a pool in the area we would stay there

Brilliant location. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming.We were a party of four and stayed in two double bed room. It was huge could not believe our eyes. Beds really comfortable and two showers and a bath which was a bonus. The highlight was definitely breakfast one the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Will be booking to go back in December for our Christmas get together and shopping in London. 5 stars from us!

Amazing stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Luxurious executive room. Very clean with good facilities. It was our anniversary and we had wine and chocolates left as a gift. Nice touches such as water and fruit in the lobby and newspapers. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Would love to return.

Luigi the lovely man that met us was exceptional, so helpful and kind, as was the breakfast staff Ainas i think was his name was so nice to the wee ones. there was a not so pleasant man at reception but that was the exception. Maybe a bit of a clean on the balconys on the 6th Floor but nice sitting out watching the planes and the landmarks, being so close to tower bridge. a very pleasant stay and v close to tube and trains.
