We loved the modern feel of the hotel. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the room amenities were nice! We would definitely stay again!

The hotel and breakfast were nice, however, there was an issue with the AC and the hot water due to some engineering issue. In addition, the TV in the room would randomly turn on on its own - not good when this happened a few time in the middle of the night. This explained why the TV was unplugged when we checked in our room. Hopefully much of this was a one-off and isn't a common occurrence. We would consider staying there again. If all was working properly, this would have been a good value all around.

Convenient location and walking distance to Londons city attractions. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is uniquely styled in dark maximalist so it’s a feast for the eyes everywhere you look. Some functional items in the hotel room might’ve been traded for the look/design like lack of a full length mirror and not enough chairs. Overall a fun 3 day stay in London.

Hotel was lovely, only downside was the spa did not shut at 9.30pm as we were told. Whilst enjoying the steam room a very rude gentlemen came along opened the door wide and basically said get out so I can hose down. When I replied it closed at 9.30 he said it’s closed now and stood there looking at me with a hose in his hand. His attitude was appalling and he was very rude. He needs customer service training as he is letting the hotel down. I was extremely upset with the way we were treated at the spa. If it shuts at 9 be clear and don’t waste peoples time as some other guest had come all the way dow fro their room to be told they can’t go in when they were also advised it closed at 9.30pm. This needs to be clear!!

Overall, this hotel was lovely! While it feels more geared toward adults than families with children, our son was perfectly comfortable and enjoyed the stay. The location is excellent—ideal for walking, dining, and accessing transportation with ease. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the entire property was spotless. We really appreciated the warm service and convenient setting!

We stayed in a 2 King Bedroom room. The bathroom was a closet with barely enough room to move. Our room was next to the maids closet. During morning cleaning time, they were opening the doors frequently - waking us up over and over again. Make sure when booking that you ask to not be near those closets. Location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to many landmarks and the London Underground Holborn Station. Many dining options nearby as well. Hotel was clean, restaurant and bar staff attentive. Front desk team was not very flexible. Charging 20 pounds for an extra hour at checkout after spending a significant amount of money at the hotel...seemed petty to me.

Loved it! Very convenient to shopping, restaurantes, and Transportation. Also very quiet. Staff was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the pool is heated. Rooms are a little on the small size.
