Upon checking into the hotel & arriving at my room it became clear the TV remote was missing. A replacement remote was provided after flagging this to reception however it only worked intermittently rendering the Tv borderline useless. I also discovered the next morning that the provided hand soap, shampoo & shower gel were all empty. Again this was sorted after flagging however this leads me to believe the housekeeping / room preparation is not as I would expect for a hotel of this rating & cost. Other than these issues the hotel was nice with a good breakfast offering.

This was our first visit We loved our time spent there so close to everything we spent tonight breakfast the next day. I definitely want to stop again. My children enjoyed the Swimming after I all the stuff for lovely and very helpful especially when we came in from the cold on our last day and there was many hot chocolates waiting for us thank you Park Plaza
