Everything was great except we ordered food at the hotels restaurant but they did not complete the entire order. I returned to ask them to complete it and the chef said he would bring the food to the room but they never did

Nice stay. Room was a little worn and shower door was very hard to open. Tea and coffee wasn’t replenished. Hotel lobby is nice. Had a drink in the bar which was £30 for 2 wines with service. Pool area was good, kept clean and amount of people limited by booking so not overcrowded as it’s not the biggest pool area.

We went here for the start of my 30th birthday celebrations and wow the staff really pulled out all the stops! Free room upgrade, a cute cake and 2 free drinks. They also gave us a Riverbank view which was beautiful! The check in was very hectic at 3pm so i would suggest checking in online or going later on. Breakfast was gorgeous but hot breakfast and continental. Something for everyone. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for making it a memorable experience!

My wife and I enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Park Plaza London Riverbank. The staff was courteous with excellent customer service. They helped us by printing up important paperwork for us to use at the Embassy. The room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there on our next visit to London.
