This is an excellent hotel to stay in central London. It was clean with great amenities and nicely decorated for the holidays. It is close to public transit and walkable to many of the main attractions in central London. It is also close to most of the musicals. It is also well worth it to add on the breakfast to your reservation. The staff are super friendly, especially Cyan. And the concierge Andrea hooked us up with great hop on hop off bus passes and had great dining recommendations.

Fantastic hotel in an unbeatable location right next to Charing Cross Station and Trafalgar Square. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the historic building adds a nice charm. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. Overall, an excellent and convenient place to stay in central London.

As soon as I walked through the door, every member of staff was so nice and kind and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and everything was complimentary!. We also had dinner at Platform 7 which was delicious and great value for money and again all of the staff were wonderful. The entire building is incredible and we had fun wandering around inside reading all the various cuttings and postcards on display from years gone by. Our stay was a birthday treat but we will definitely stay here again. It wasn't cheap but one gets what one pays for and it was certainly great value for money. If you are seeing a show in the West End this is the place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would like to thank the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Beautiful hotel right by Trafalgar Square! Stunning rooms only slight downside is it’s above Charing Cross station, so the room we were in you could hear the trains. That being said it didn’t cause us a lost sleep!

The room was very clean and spacious. Little attentions like included minibar made it marvelous. The London design all over the hotel was so beautiful. Breakfast was varied. The bed was comfortable.
