Great welcome. Excellent parking onsite for £10 per day. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful throughout. Great continental breakfast including gluten free options, meats, cheese and yoghurt. Located directly opposite Kensington park. 5 minute walk to the tube.

Qua ligging top met het openbaar vervoer. Tapijt in de kamer en krakende vloeren. Badkamer zeer 1920. Voor de rest schoon. Nog een keer boeken? Als het tapijt weg is en de badkamer verbouwd is dan zeer zeker. Personeel vriendelijk.

The staff were very friendly, and the lobby/dining area looks nice. However, the room looks really old and very different from the photos. The heating was not working, the floor was making a squeaky sound, the soundproofing was poor, and the floor was not clean.

Everything was good, except for no availability of amenity goods. I should have checked in advance and brought a toothbrush and a sleeping wear, at least. A phone line to the front desk wasn't there, either, and I wonder if I could do better if I walked down to the desk.

The room was gloomy and depressive, internal with a window looking at an air shaft. The hotel was dated which is a shame because it has big public rooms and could have been made into something wonderful. The photos do not reflect the reality.
