Upon arriving at 2:50 to check in we were told our room was not ready which is fine as check I'm states 3pm. However, we were still unable to access our room at 3:45, the hotel lobby area was small with many visitors waiting and one of the seating areas was not usable due to photographers using that space. Lack of communication wasn't helpful either and we were told we could walk around outside rather than wait inside. When entering the room, which was lovely, it didn't seem completely clean with un-vaccumed carpets!

Wonderful hotel. Absolutely the nicest staff I’ve ever met. They were all so nice, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, shows and attractions.

The room was great. Bed and shower (2 most important things) were amazing, but most of all, the Staff were so helpful. And you just get this sense that they are all committed to making your stay truly enjoyable.

Very clean room, but not roomy. Shower great. However the Air conditioning was slow to respond and it needed a little more fresh air in the room. We would have wanted to open the window once in a awhile. Loved the minifridge area. To many decorative pillows that there is no room for. Next time we will order a bigger double bed room.

For the price, the room was rather basic. The bathroom was one single wet room with no partition separating the shower from the sink or toilet - not ideal. Staff were really nice and polite.
