We are very light sensitive and there was a skylight we were not expecting so we woke up very very early with the morning light. Otherwise, very nice hotel and very comfortable.

Very convenient for Victoria Station and yet quiet. Our room was small and the bathroom down 6 steps. Not great for two pensioners! The bed was nice and firm and we slept well despite it being ultra cosy! Overall a nice hotel but quite expensive for what it was.

Advertised and paid for superior room this is only a double. Small cold dirty room, bathroom smelt of drains and dirty facilities. No bar or reception staff at any point. Was told they had a facility to use whilst we waited for an our, this was a single toilet with a filthy floor. Breakfast staff were rude, would never book this hotel again. Advertised as a 4* this is a 2 or 3 at best and that’s for the location

The hotel was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and worth the little extra for the added space. We chose this hotel for its location to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Underground; both were minutes away - it was an easy walk with luggage. Tophams is a perfect location for exploring the city and attractions at and near Buckingham Palace, about a ten-minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay!!

Very close to bus station and tube. If you habe trouble doing stairs be sure to mention that so that they give you an accessible room. Very neat rooms.

We had a great 2-night stay. The hotel is in a great location. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the dedicated area with sink for making tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again.

I have stayed at Topham's several times on my trips to London. It is exceptionally convenient to Victoria Station, on a quiet street with many walkable dining and shopping options nearby. If interested in the tourist attractions, there are many within walking distance to explore the city - Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Trafalgar Sq....so many options. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very well appointed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are exceptional.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Tophams Hotel. The location was excellent, many great cafes and shopping in the area and very near to public transit. The room was on the small side, but wonder if that’s due to having a small staircase in it to lead to the bathroom (if it was all one level, would have been a good size). Additionally, the TV capabilities in the room were a little dated. Otherwise, a great stay and helpful staff.

Location is very convenient, a few minutes from Victoria Station. Great pubs around and other restaurants and shops. We had a ground floor room facing the street, fairly quiet considering the proximity to the street. Reception staff were very friendly
