It was very well located and felt safe at all times. The staff was super nice since the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with a big smile and nice talk. Rooms are always clean and they would always change our towels. Breakfast was absolutely amazing so I definitely recommend adding it to your stay olus is very convenient.

Staff are very friendly, room is comfortable and sound-proofed, which is handy if you want to play music in your room (as you should - this is Hard Rock after all!) Food is varied and very nice, and hotel is also close to museums and not too far away from other places such as the Royal Palace.

The Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful at this location. The rooms are small, but the service and kindness of staff made this trip a lovely stay. We did receive an Expedia VIP perk, and we were very grateful for that!
