We were treated like rock stars from day one by Destiny allowing us in our room earlier. Then Jimena treated us so good spoiling our food requests daily. Last but not least Ana Guerra went above and beyond to get us our fave coffee. Even security Jesus was friendly and cooperative. The hotel was centrally located, very close to the Atocha train station. The staff and service were very good. Really nice and helpful. The only thing I would say and the reason for the 4 stars is the room accommodations. Not alot of space, the bathroom sink in your countertop in the room not the bathroom. Our view was of the actual lobby and bar area, so you can hear the noise from the lobby in the mornings. I would recommend to upgrade your room status for a more pleasant experience. Great place overall!

Loved this place. The staff is high energy and super helpful. It’s a stones throw from Atocha station so you can pretty much get anywhere from here. My only complaint was that my first floor room looked out over the bar area and it stayed noisy until well past midnight. Maybe next time I’ll just ask for a quieter room. No complaints about the service though. Top notch.
