Perfect city break stay! Breakfast (in true Hard Rock style!) is fantastic with beautiful fresh juices, eggs made to order, great selection of continental & breads too. The room was beautiful, clean & beds were very comfortable. All staff were attentive, efficient & friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for our trip!

My stay at Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid was amazing! The staff is top tier. Gabriela was so friendly, helpful and a pure delight to work with but the remainder of the staff was equally as friendly and helpful. The room was clean and esthetically pleasing. The food and drinks were good! The location? Not the greatest but it’s walkable. Overall, it’s a very nice place so stay and the team makes it all worth while!

The staff were wonderful, and our 6th floor garden facing room was quiet and spacious. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was really clean. The hotel is very close to the Atosha train station and many museums and gardens. We only stayed one night but would consider staying there again if we come back to Madrid. Only downside was the expensive breakfasts.
