I spent three wonderful nights! The staff are all extremely kind, extremely helpful. Check in was easy and the room was gorgeous. The hotel is stunning - everywhere you look there is something pretty to look at. Food fantastic, location perfect for seeing Madrid….would definitely return and recommend this fab hotel to anyone visiting the city 😊

The room was not made up one day, despite our request to front desk. We told the front desk the next day-apologetic. Soap dispensers went unfilled-day after day. Robe, which was used during the stay, had a wuarter sized hole. This was never replaced or washed in 5 days.
This was the hole in the robe-plus my finger through it!

Everything was perfection. Location top notch, but the best "Only You" in Barquillo has to offer is its amazing staff. Their service, knowledge and attentiveness is second to none. One of my absolute favourite hotels anywhere in the world. The property is impeccable but the staff - from doorman to reception and all the way through - are wonderful and make all the difference. The area around the hotel is also really beautiful and lively, so I will definitely be back.
