I wasn't expecting a 5 star accommodation for that price but at least some basic amenities but was very disappointed. Didn't give me any toiletries,customer service is a joke,pillows covers were dirty with yellow marks and very noisy had trouble sleeping.

Guy at front desk wasn’t very helpful or even try to be nice. Very curt and irritated we didn’t speak Italian and he didn’t speak English. When I asked for a late check out he said no. But the young lady heard me and came over and said 12 pm was okay. She was nice , he was a grouch. I don’t think he liked Americans. Rude

A nice hotel for a cheap solo night in Milan! Super close to the metro and the train station. There’s several bus options nearby too. Room was okay, the curtains had a tear in them and I couldn’t get the shutters on the window to work. 2 staff members were pretty mid but the older front desk person in the morning was lovely! The area was beautiful, and for the price/location, I would absolutely stay here again!
