Great hotel, would stay again!

Great hotel with lovely staff. The cleaning team always did an amazing job on our room each day! Family travelling, the cot provided was a generous size. Location is walkable to the centre and we enjoyed the walk rather than get the tube. Would recommended or stay again X

Great quality amidst busy noisy city life

Beautiful hotel, clean and conveniently located. Fabulous breakfast, and service. Hotel is situated right next to trolley lines and train making road noise all night the only unpleasant part of the experience. City hotel !

We stayed for 4 nights, and whilst it was a great hotel, we did experience several problems with water temperature in the shower. I also found the bed and pillows a tad firm, but apart from that it was a great choice! Good breakfast, especially if you like cake. So much choice. Good location and plenty of restaurants within a 15/20 minute walk. Trams stop outside and Metro close by. I would recommend

Overall: An amazing hotel! Especially for the time I stayed there. Staff were friendly and helpful when checking in/out. Great house cleaning. Good breakfast everyday, definitely worth adding to your stay. No actual complaints about anything at all!! Minor: Room just needed a bit of an update. Allow for the tv to switch languages if possible, only downside when actually in the room relaxing.

Very large room for a city hotel.Very spacious bathroom with two sinks and showers. A real treat compared to other hotels where everything is so cramped. Excellent range of breakfast. For a vegetarian it was good to see the food in separate trays and spoons/tongs for each tray of food.Staff courteous and helpful. Very clean hotel, only a few minutes walk from Republica, metro station and Milan Centrale station further but also walkable. There is a Carrefour nearby. Hotel has a restaurant too but very few other restaurants or cafes in the nearby vicinity.

The hotel room was lovely and comfortable. There was some road noise but nothing that disturbed us. The bathroom was a great size, the shower was powerful and the temperature was stable even with the bathroom tap running. Breakfast was the only disappointment. Everything was cakes and sweet treats, with two cereal options and 5 or 6 warm food options that were always left out for a long time and never fresh. We witnessed the breakfast being closed down approximately half an hour before breakfast ended, so if you hadn't got there early there would be been limited options left. This also meant nothing was replenished 45 minutes before breakfast ended. On one day, I hardly atea anything as it wasn't replenished, despite being gone when we arrived for breakfast 1 hour before it ended. This is a real shame because the hotel is lovely, paying for breakfast that we couldn't eat would put us off returning.

For a European hotel room, mine was surprisingly spacious! Staff was pleasant, room and bathroom were clean. The only potential drawback was the shower was TINY! A person of size honestly might not even fit. It was super narrow, basically a phone booth. Other than that, great area and great experience. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very nice hotel with fabulous breakfast

Location was good, very close to Central Station though a half hour walk to the cathedral and other tourist attractions. We didn’t mind the walk, all flat and better to be staying away from the crowds. The staff were mainly very friendly and helpful and breakfast was wonderful! Our room was very comfortable. Would stay again if we are lucky enough to return to Milan.

The staff was friendly. Area was descent. Not too far from The Centrale station and the Duomo. Not far from the trams, trains and taxi. We could stay here again. It was a bit pricy booking through Expedia.

Location of the hotel was ok about a mile from Most things but a station was also not to far away. The hotel was ok, walls so thin that you can hear everything from The next door guests, no air conditioning till the summer and some rooms you can’t open the windows which made very stuffy. The staff were not that helpful and felt they didn’t want to help it was a bit of a struggle with them. Included breakfast was sufficient but very limited. Overall didn’t job but simple questions on booking a taxi was hard work with the staff which was a little disappointing. The room Staff were great and room Was clean and good size and beds lovely Personally the staff need to help The experience we found that it was a bit of an effort to get them to assist.

I like the hotel was able to call a doctor to come to my hotel room to service me. I had excruciating pain in my right leg. The doctor came to my room and gave me a cortisone shot and pain medicine. It was affordable only $200 euros.

Overall good
