Great vibes, comfortable stay!

Ostello Bello Milano Duomo is in a great location with a short walk from the Duomo and right in the heart of the city with multiple trams that pass by to get you throughout the city. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, the check-in was great and the people working there are very friendly. The hostel has great perks like a free welcome drinks, daily activities, and all-day access to snacks and drinks in the communal kitchen. They have on-tap sparkling water! My room was clean and comfortable with a great ensuite bathroom. This hostel has a great energy with great people and with all the added comfort. Absolutely would stay here again!

My favorite hostel I stayed at while in Italy! The facility was new and you could tell, it was high quality. The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke English well and was very helpful. The bed was comfy and facilities were excellent. Only complaint was the street the hotel was on was dangerous, you can’t walk with headphones in or there’s a high chance you’ll get hit by a car… just be careful!

our room was very cold. We was unable to adjust our room temperature because it's centralized (control by the owner of the property). Bunk beds are rusted. No place to put luggages. No conditioner, No tissue, No cups, No shampoo. Guests have to collect all dirty bed linens and bring down to a receptionist desk before check-out. it is not a place to stay for a family. Love their staff! Welcome and friendly staff!

Fantastic location in walking distance to the Duomo and fashion district. Staff is friendly and inviting. They have themes every night -- I stumbled into a group of fun, drunk Italians singing the lyrics to 'Let It Go' from Disney's Frozen movie in the basement. Excellent hostel and vibe.

Amazing hostel! They provided healthy food and snacks, gave you a free drink when you arrived, had events for guests in the evening and a bar downstairs! The rooms were so clean and lovely, great bathroom with soap and places to put your stuff. They were only missing free towels, love it when a hostel can provide that.

I think the best part was the after hour events held in the basement. The slide out metal cages under the bunks had plenty of space for luggage and they are lockable. People like drinking in the street out front, but once you close the windows you can't hear them hardly at all. I stayed in the 8 person mixed gender room, and while being a male American, it was totally fine and didn't feel weird. Bathroom time was never an issue I felt like.
