Tämä viehättävä kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyhuoneiston vuodepaikkoja 10 on näkymä uima-altaalle. Se sijaitsee Miramar Beachin sydämessä. Suoraan kadun toisella puolella rannalta ja askeleen päässä kausiluonteisesti lämmitetystä uima-altaasta, porealtaasta ja grillialueesta.
Olohuoneessa on kaksi kuningatar vuodesohvaa ja se on varustettu trooppisella tunnelmalla. Ruokailutilassa on 6 istumapaikkaa ja baaripaikkoja 3, tarkasteleen hyvin varustettua keittiötä.
Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, TV ja oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella ja käsisuihkulla. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, TV ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, TV ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme-suihku-yhdistelmä. Jokaisella on runsaasti tilaa levittää ja rentoutua rantalomansa aikana!

This place needs some serious TLC. My son’s feet were completely black within walking barefoot in the condo less than thirty minutes after arrival. I killed four different bugs within an hour of being there. It is outdated and in desperate need of a deep clean. There is not hot water in the main master shower or the kids bathroom shower. We used one shower of the three the entire time. And, the tv in the main master is “fuzzy.” I was very generous with three stars because the location is great and we really like this property.

Property is about 5 minutes away from the beach just across the street. The condo needs some updating. We had problems with few appliances in it. Like the tv in living room and mixer in kitchen. The balcony can be unsafe for ppl because of the door and table.

Disappointed

The property was quite dirty, the floors have not been cleaned in some time, we had to wear shoes inside to keep our feet from getting dirty, the furniture was very dirty, to the point that we had to put our own sheets over them. For the price that we paid for a 3 day stay, we expected a much nicer property.

Close to beach but dirty.

The only good thing about it was that it was close to the beach. Utensils and pans where dirty. I had to wash everything before using because utensils and pans where not washed.Kithchen table and chairs where not sturdy, sofas where dirty torn cushions, window curtains partialy broken, cushions on chairs dirty. The restrooms and beds where ok. I was so disapointed because i was expecting to be so nice n clean for the price that paid. The pictures online are not recent and the reviews are probably fake.

Love location

Property in need of deep clean and repair. I did report along with pictures and hopefully this will be addressed. We have stayed in these condos 8 times. Love the location but the last couple of times the cleaning has been below standard.

Bring toilet paper!

I’ll start with the negative. When we first arrived I immediately smelled a mold/musty smell. The ice in the ice maker (in the refrigerator) was moldy…. The ice machine didn’t work. The neighbor’s dryer vent exhausted into our kitchen. There was someone else’s pillow, underwear and sock on the property. The couch beds were awful (that’s to be expected). We had ten people, we were booked for 3 nights/4 days and they gave us THREE rolls of toilet paper. NO EXTRA!!! There were 7 females on this trip. There were other small things, but these were the main ones. The positive… it was right across the road from the beach. We walked back and forth constantly. We LOVED it! There was food, rentals, coffee, souvenirs, ice cream within a couple of minutes walk. The pool was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. There fans in each room. Plenty of sitting space. Lots of parking. It was quiet, other than the night traffic, but that was fun to watch from the patio. Overall I give it a four, bc we will definitely book it again!!!

Less than par

The location was amazing however the place felt like only a quick sweep was done and sheets changed. There was sand on the cushions on the chairs and the couches and chairs had sand. The floors had a fine layer of sand as if they didn’t pass a vacuum or even swept. When it came time to move the couch to pull the Mattress out the floor under the couch was sticky and gross. We had an issue with the key pad not locking and I spent all of Thursday trying to get whole of someone and no one got back to me, finally called multiple times in a row and left several messages on Friday and they sent maintenance mid morning. For how much we paid just seems like your paying for location and not the actual property

Spring Break with teens

The accommodations were very clean and checking in and out was easy. Water pressure in unit was very low. I contacted property manager and they were addressing the issue. Location was perfect. Taking teens to Florida during spring break I was a bit nervous. But, very surprised that no noise after 10pm was enforced and mostly families were in this area of the beach. Abs the beach sands and ocean were spectacular!

We love this condo. Been returning for 4 years. The dryer wasn't working but called Robert and he had it fixed the following day. May need to update washer and dryer. We will return.. grandkids love the pool and all love the beach.

Great location

Amazing location. Owner did not respond to our emails and phone calls. The one bathroom was not clean and had no towels and toilette paper. The floor was sticky so we had to clean the night of arrival in order to enjoy our stay. Still no response from the owner!
