The room was clean stayed on 24th floor executive corner room. I would stay again. Breakfast was included, mini fridge and microwave in room. Get to breakfast by certain time otherwise its crowded. Due to snow and cold no one couldve sit outside for more room. Stayed for New Years awesome experience. FRONT DESK STAFF GREAT!!

The room was very clean, had frig, microwave and coffee. The free breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and it may seem like I am just going on but I would definitely stay here again. And it was quiet and close to everything.

Solid midrange hotel. Good customer service at the front desk. Only a couple blocks from Penn Station & Moynihan Hall. Rooms are tiny and wonkily designed. Elevator waits can be long on higher floors. And the pillows are so thin and wispy, they wouldn’t support the head of a paper doll.

This hotel was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. The hotel itself had a very warm and cozy lobby area. The hotel was close to all popular NYC attractions and tons of food/drink options. We would definitely stay here again.
