There was a guest knocking one of the doors at 2am and when we called to the front desk, they said they could not do anything about it. This went on for over 30 minutes when we finally called and said if they did not open the door to check on the guest, we were gonna call EMS.

The hotel was good, only 5 mins of walk from the JFK Airtrain station. However, it was not clear how do I get to the hotel from the JFK airport (shuttle? Airtrain?) . So, it took me almost 20 minutes of dialing to the front desk without anyone picking up the phone. This was VERY disappointing experience. Only after 20 mintes and endless dialing, the person at the front desk has answered and gave me the details of how to reach the hotel.
