We arrived around 10pm and check-in was quick and ready. We wanted to do a late check out the next day so I asked and the lady at check-in was able to help us with that. Checking out at 4pm the next day at the extra cost of $100 was great value. The warm cookie we got was a nice touch and tasted delicious. The room was very spacious with two double beds. Very comfortable pillows and blanket. Bathroom was clean and had everything needed. Our room rate had breakfast included. There were plenty options of food. Real cutlery and plates were a bonus. Again the staff were great. Check out was quick and easy. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and all staff were dealt with were great. We would use this hotel again if we were in the area in the future.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. There is some noise from the highway but not too bad. I also very much appreciated the ride to the airport every half hour. My only complaint was the lack of hot water in the showers I let the front desk know and they had maintenance do something. After that the water was warm but never hot. I was extremely disappointed. After a long day traveling I really only wanted a hot shower.

Check in was ridiculous. Forced valet parking on property. Sat in a line for 30 minutes only to be told that you must have a room number to drop the car off…really cool trick! Left car at door and went in and stood in line for another 30 minutes to check in. Had to go to 3 different levels to find a working ice machine. I have come to expect more from Hilton properties
