Computer systems not working with long lines and team that while very nice we’re overwhelmed and working with short staff. Lines of ppl that arrive skipped the line by using the Hilton honors line and airline workers also skipped the line. Same person checking people in was cashier for snacks and toiletries. Do not blame them for the mess since they were trying their best but management of the building and staffing was not great
